Currently, the company has 700 MW of solar projects under construction, making significant strides in advancing renewable energy across the nation.

Looking ahead, Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited is set to launch innovative solar modules and expand its Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) offerings. Additionally, the company is establishing a state-of-the-art solar cell factory, which will enhance production capacity and contribute to a more sustainable supply chain. Peeyush Salwan
President

With bachelor’s degree course in electrical engineering from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Mr Salwan completed a postgraduate diploma in management – International Business from Birla Institute of Management Technology and an executive certificate programme in strategy and leadership for senior professionals from the Indian Institute of Management Indore. He is currently involved in business expansion, supply chain management and administrative functions in our Company.

Sushil Kumar Jain
Non-Executive Director

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the Managing Partner of Sushil Jeetpuria and Company, and the proprietor of Pioneer Industries.

Kartik Teltia
Chairman & Managing Director

Chairman With a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi, he is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a post-graduation degree from the Indian School of Business. He is currently responsible for formulation of business strategies and overall management of our Company.

Ashutosh Mishra
Chief Operating Officer

He holds a bachelor of technology degree in electrical engineering from the Uttar Pradesh Technical University. He is currently involved in project management, execution, design, engineering and asset management of our Company.

Mukut Goyal
Chief Financial Officer

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently involved in the accounts and finance functions.

Mangal Chand Teltia
Executive Director

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was associated with Autometers Alliance Limited for a period of 30 years and retired as director commercial in 2020.

Rishabh Jain
Executive Director

Holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi ans is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently responsible for managing the administrative affairs of our Company.

Varsha Bharti
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and has passed the bachelor’s degree course in law. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is currently involved in secretarial and compliance functions.
